A seat is a permanent entry beside your wallet address. It provides standing—the right to be called when a deal opens—and that is all. The guild sells no goods, custodies no assets, and makes no promise of financial return.
Deals are offered in seat order for the first window, then opened to all holders. Seat 0001 is called before seat 1111 and always will be. In this house, priority is arithmetic, not favor.
Ownership is on-chain and mirrored on the guild's index. If the chain and the index ever disagree, the chain is the authoritative Ledger.
Primary proceeds are allocated: 50% for acquisitions brokered on behalf of seat holders, 30% for development and security audits, and 20% for the standing fund that maintains operations during market downturns.
Meta Brokers is a work of fiction. The guild, vaults, and deals described here are creative narrative. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice or an offer of securities.
